ArcelorMittal ACB v2.41 : Cellular Beams
The purpose of this software tool is to facilitate the design of composite or non composite cellular beams according to the principles of the Eurocodes [1,2, 3]. The application range is limited to simply supported beams, with or without a composite slab. The beams are fabricated from I-shape hot-rolled profiles and the openings are circular. ArcelorMittal AFCB v3.08 : Composite Beam Fire Design
The program AFCB calculates the ultimate bending moments for composite beams at room temperature according to EUROCODE 4 Part 1.1 (ENV 1994-1-1) and for the ISO fire classes R3O, R6O, R9O, Rl2O and R180 with accordance to the EUROCODE 4 Part 1.2 (ENV 1994-1-2). This program deals with simply supported or continuous beams. The calculation method is explained in chapter 4.3.4 and Annex E of EC4 Part 1.2 (ENV 1994-1-2). ArcelorMittal AFCC version 3.06 : Composite Column Fire Design
The program AFCC calculates the ultimate loads for composite columns AF 30/120 at room temperature according to EUROCODE 4 Part 1.1 (ENV 1994-1-1) and for the ISO fire classes R3O, R6O, R9O and Rl2O, with accordance to the EUROCODE 4 Part 1.2 (ENV 1994-1-2). This program calculates columns under loads with small constant eccentricities. The program only calculates double-symmetric, partly-encased columns with uniform section over the whole length of the column. Annex H of ENV 1994-1-1 is not considered. ArcelorMittal ACD version 3.06 : Composite Column Design
The program CCD calculates composite columns, composed of steel profiles, concrete and rebars, according to Eurocode 4 Part.1.1 (ENV 1994-1-1). The program considerates only Double-T profiles. The concrete section consists of an complete encasement of rectangular or circular shape or of a filling of the chambers of the profiles (partly encased profiles). The accepted loadings consist of an axial force and moments in both main directions, which can be applied at the top and/or the bottom of the column. The program calculates these columns according to EC 4, 4.8. For steel grades S420 and S460 the user can decide if the correction according to annex H shall be considered. The purpose of this software tool is to facilitate the design and calculations of composite beams and non composite beams according to the principles of the Eurocodes [1 to 5]. The application range is limited to statically determinate beams on two simple supports, with or without cantilevers at the ends. The composite beam is composed of a rolled section which may be partially encased in concrete, and of a reinforced concrete slab connected to the upper face of the section. ArcelorMittal IFB v5.32 : SlimFloor
The IFBWIN-program was developed for the design of slimfloor slabs based on Integrated Floor Beam (IFB) sections, which are composed from a split-up wide-flange section and a plate welded as bottom or top flange. It is only possible to calculate simple beams that are hinged at the two supports. The software may calculate according to DIN 18800 or to EUROCODE 3. It is possible to design also SFB-sections (SFB = Slim Floor Beam) which are obtained from a complete wide-flange section welded to a plate as support for the slab elements.
