Pflaum fire resistant panel Type FI
DESCRIPTION
Concealed fixation. Extremely strong! Panel thickness: from 60 to 250 mm. Fire resistant! The insulation core made of A1 (non-flammable) mineral fibre strands, bonded transversely to the cover shells. Free of cold bridges! Built-up wall construction may be liable to collapsing & cold bridging, Pflaum fire resistant system remains stable. Caving in: impossible!
The panels are available in widths of 600mm, 915mm and 1000mm with a thickness of 60 to 250mm available with different surface designs.
TECHNICAL DATA
PANEL STRUCTURE:
External and Internal Cover Shell: Galvanised steel 0.50/0.55/0.60/0.75 mm according to EN 10147 (275g/m2 zinc). Stainless steel 0,5 mm on request.
Insulation core: Mineral fibre strands bonded transversely to the steel surfaces, waterrepellent and non-flammable, class A1. Density ≥ 140 kg/m3.
Sealing tape:
For tongue and groove joint, depending on fire resistance classification. (Please contact our technical department for further information)
SURFACES: Corrosion protection class according to KIII / E-DIN 55928 part 8.
External and internal: Polyester-coating 25 microns or PVF2-coating 80/20, Kynar 500 approx. 25 microns. Plastisol and special coating on request.
Internal: Polyester-coating 15 microns or Hard-PVC-foil-coating150 microns.
Colours on stock: Only available for steel 0,60 with polyester-coating. RAL 9002, RAL 9006, RAL 9007, RAL 9010, RAL 1015, RAL 7035;
Surface Protection: Elements are delivered with a protection foil on the exterior surface.

Cover Widths: 600, 915 and 1000 mm
Special Widths: 700, 800, 900 mm
Lengths: Lengths are available up to 14,500 mm, depending on element thickness.
Note: Due to the surface contours you have to add 3 mm to the standard thickness from 35 to 250 mm for panels of type LD, VD, MD and WD. (e.g. type FO-WD/0/100 = 103 mm).
CERTIFICATES SERIES F:
National approvals, examination certificates and attestations are available on request. Requirements concerning fire resistance class must be quoted on your inquiry.
TOLERANCES: Quality assurance according to RAL-GZ617.
COLOUR SPECTRUM

Due to the two-layer-coating (coil-coating-procedure) firegalvanised steel gets ennobled (upgraded). Fazit: Quality without loosing colour. Enormous! Pflaums colour spectrum presents a colourful choice. Approved! Certified polyester- or PVF2-(Polyvinylidenfluorid-2layer) coating such as metallic PVF2-coating – this colour spectrum makes the architects eyes gleaming.
