Insulation Core: polyurethane-hard-foam.
Cover Shell: galvanised steel.
Technique: both components bonded shear resistant.

PANEL STRUCTURE:
External and Internal Cover Shell: Galvanised steel 0.50/0.55/0.60/0.75 mm according to EN 10147 (275 g/m2 zinc).
Insulation Core: Polyurethane-hard-foam with a minimum density of 40 kg/m3.
SURFACES: Corrosion protection class according to KIII / E-DIN 55928 part 8.
External and Internal: Polyester-coating 25 microns or PVF2-coating 80/20, Kynar 500 approx. 25 microns. Plastisol and special coating on demand.
Internal: Thin polyester-coating 15 microns or Hard-PVC-foil-coating150 microns.
Colours on stock: Only available for steel 0,60 with polyester-coating. RAL 9002, RAL 9006, RAL 9007, RAL 9010, RAL 1015, RAL 7035;

Lengths: Lengths are available up to 14,000 mm, depending on element thickness.
TOLERANCES: Quality assurance according to RAL-GZ617.
FIRE BEHAVIOUR: According to DIN 4102 and ÖNORM 3800 Pflaum sandwich panels are graded in fire resistance class B1, hardly-inflammable resp. difficultcombustible. Due to missing air layers a forwarding of fire within the wall in horizontal or vertical direction is impossible.
COLOUR SPECTRUM

Due to the two-layer-coating (coil-coating-procedure) firegalvanised steel gets ennobled (upgraded). Fazit: Quality without loosing colour. Enormous! Certified polyester- or PVF2-(Polyvinylidenfluorid-2layer) coating such as metallic PVF2-coating – this colour spectrum makes the architects eyes gleaming.
