Estetic®: Prepainted steel for domestic appliances

DESCRIPTION

Organic-coated steel sheets or coils for various indoor applications.

This is a prepainted steel made up of a cold-rolled or galvanised steel substrate coated with a flexible paint on one or two sides consisting on an anticorrosive priming lacquer and a high-strength thermosetting resin. It has a smooth, grainy, or orange-peel surface (Estetic® Cold), high-resistance lacquer smooth surface and orange peel (Estetic® Hot
or Estetic® Wet); with a high-gloss colaminated PET surface film (Estetic® Bright).

It is intended for indoor decoration (Estetic Bright), for coating of refrigeration equipment (Estetic® Cold) or heating  equipment (Estetic® Hot).

It is suitable for cold forming, bending, and drawing, without damaging the top layer.

It is produced in thicknesses from 0.2 to 3mm and widths from 60 to 185cm for the Estetic® product range except for the Estetic® Bright product range which is produced in widths from 70 to 153cm.
It is joined by welding, clinching, riveting, or adhesive bonding.

Options: Surface appearance, surface finish, wide variety of colours, textures and glosses.
