Uginox® AME and FTE - Terne coated stainless steel

UGINOX® AME (Austenitic grade) and UGINOX® FTE (Ferritic grade) are terne coated stainless steels, which are coated both sides with a layer of tin. This layer enables a patina to be acquired upon exposure to the natural atmosphere, providing a natural, traditional and rustic touch to roof coverings. This weathered appearance lends itself to most environments in terms of performance and ensures an appearance which blends perfectly with building concepts in various media thanks to its matt grey look.

Supplied in coils or sheets. As a stainless steel material, Uginox is 100% recyclable.

Ferritic - UGINOX® FTE is available in K41 - 1.4509 (441) and K44 - 1.4521 (444).
Austenitic -  UGINOX® AME is available in 18-11ML - 1.4404 (316L).
