Cold-rolled steel DC04ES from AFCS is specially adapted to two-coat / one-fire enamelling after nothing more than a degreasing (mixed-liquid / powder or powder / powder process), and offers excellent resistance to 'fish-scale' defects.
It is suitable for bending, roll forming, and deep drawing.
It is available in sheets or coils with thicknesses from 0.3 to 3.10mm and widths from 60cm to 186 cm. It has a smooth surface appearance that is scratch-proof and stain-proof, and is ideal for indoor or outdoor decoration or sign display.
It is joined by welding, crimping, clinching, or adhesive bonding.
Options: oiling, can be protected with a thin dry organic film (Easyfilm®).
